Recycling, is recovery and reprocessing of waste materials for use in new products. The basic phases in recycling are the collection of waste materials, their processing or manufacture into new products, and the purchase of those products, which may then themselves be recycled. Today, we learn way to make a bin using newspaper.

Today , we watch a short movie about the environmental pollution cause by man kind . In this short movie clip , we learn to recycled what we had used and not to waste natural resources especially plastic . Plastics are made from natural materials such as cellulose, coal, natural gas, salt and crude oil through a polymerisation or polycondensation process . Plastic waste is one of many types of wastes that take too long to decompose. Normally, plastic items take up to 1000 years to decompose in landfills . So , we should use paper or other decomposable materials instead of plastic .

Food is indispensable in our lives.In the fourth meeting , we learn about the pyramid table of food that contains seven classes of food , carbohydrates , protein , fats ,mineral salt , water , fibre and vitamins . We also learn the sides effect of deficiency .
